Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong Kohana Cold Brew Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar, tighten lid and shake well. Pour over beef in a zip log bag and marinate 2-24 hours. Marinade can be kept for up to a week in the fridge or it can be frozen.
