Cold Brew Steak Marinade

Kohana cold brew coffee marinade. Steak cut in slices on a plate next to a plate with vegetables.


  • 1 cup strong Kohana Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder



  1. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar, tighten lid and shake well. Pour over beef in a zip log bag and marinate 2-24 hours. Marinade can be kept for up to a week in the fridge or it can be frozen.
