Cold Brew Steak Marinade

Ingredients: 1 cup strong Kohana Cold Brew Coffee 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder   Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mason jar, tighten lid and shake well. Pour over beef in a zip log bag and marinate 2-24 hours. Marinade can be kept for up to a week in the fridge or it can be frozen.

Cold Brew Mocha Frappe

Ingredients: 1/4 cup Kohana Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate  1/2 cup light canned coconut milk 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 2-3 Medjool dates 2 cups of ice 1. Blend Kohana cold brew, coconut milk, cocoa, and dates until smooth and evenly combined. Add ice and blend until completely blended and smooth.

Ingredients: 4 fresh mint leaves (add one more for garnish) 4oz water or sparkling water 2oz Kohana cold brew coffee  1oz simple syrup Crushed ice   Directions: Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of your glass  Add ice Add Kohana cold brew coffee Add simple syrup Mix together with water or sparkling water

INGREDIENTS 1oz Kohana cold brew coffee 1oz bourbon whiskey 6oz hot water 1 tablespoon honey Juice of ½ lemon DIRECTIONS Combine all the ingredients and stir well to fully melt and incorporate the honey.
