Las Capucas is a community of organic growers located near the town of Corquin in the department of Copan, Honduras. This 80 member group, COCAFCAL, is known as one of the most progressive coffee cooperatives in the country and continue to successfully improve the quality of coffee in this area. Kohana hand-roasts our coffee to order on Wednesday mornings and we ship on Thursday of each week. Note: Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 10AM will ship the same week. Orders placed after 10AM on Wednesday will ship the following week. Even though it might take a bit longer to get to you - it guarantees the freshest possible roasted coffee experience.
