Whole Bean or Ground?

A lovely new offering produced by Tarcisio Maria de Lacerada from the Serra do Caparao/Matas de Minas region. Medium roasted, lime zest citrus and caramel flavors. This coffee is a pulped natural which means the fruit is removed but part of the pulp stays on the bean and it’s dried that way.  We love this process.

Roast: Medium

Farm: Santa Rita

Region: Serra do Caparao/Matas de Minas, Brazil

Elevation: 1050 meters

Process: Pulped Natural

Varietal: Yellow Catuai

Cup notes: Caramel and lime zest citrus flavor, with great acidity for Brazil. A beautiful round body and nice clean finish.

  • Craft roasted in small batches using a unique, slow-roasting technique from the Hawaiian Islands that produces a super smooth, full flavored cup of coffee worth slowing down for
  • Sustainably sourced and ethically harvested green beans that support organic agricultural, environmental protection, and fair compensation for coffee growers and workers
